• *The use of a Full Kitchen
• *An all around elegantly decorated room
• *Options: Long Tables are Included / Round Table Available for Fee.
• *This Room can also be used for Ceremonies

Bottom Hall Description:

• *Seating Capacity up to 400 Guests
• *Linoleum Floors
• *Stage and Risers installation capability
• *Bar Area
• *The use of a Full Kitchen
• *Options: Rental of Round Tables is available
• *This Room can also be used  for Ceremonies
• *8 foot long tables are included with the Rental Price.

Available Rental Misc. Options: *All Beverages, including, but not limited to alcohol, soda and water must be provided by S.D.E.S Inc.

(Please Consult with Venue for Fees)     (Renter is allowed to bring Coffee and Punch)

• *Round Tables are available for rent.
• *Stage and Risers are also available for the Bottom Hall.

Rental Policies and Information (Please refer to Rental Agreement at your appointment for more specified policies)

• *Each room/facility rental price includes the use of the Bar and the Kitchen
• *Both rooms could be rented for a Low Price (please inquire)
• *The Venue or Rooms could be rented for 6 Hours with the possibility of overtime.
• *All Events must end at 11pm, that includes Cleaning of the Premises.
• *Renter is responsible for the Clean-up of the Facility Rented, that it includes all Decorations and such.
• *Overtime as fore mentioned is available for a fee.
• *Renter may have access to the facility 3 hours prior to Rental Time to decorate the facility for the event. (Please refer to contract for specified decoration policies)
• *A Security Guard is required for all events with one hundred (100) people or more. Amount of security personnel increases according the amount of people present at your event during the facility rental.
